Responsible for performing maintenance and repairs of equipment, machinery, structures, utilities, and grounds by performing the following duties:
-Receive work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor(s).
-Maintains and repairs any equipment/supporting equipment used in production and the facility’s operations as per work orders and instructions.
-Performs maintenance, repairs, and replaces any non-equipment items or systems.
-Maintains records of maintenance and repairs.
-Maintains and updates the list of commonly used replacement parts and consumables used during maintenance and repairs.
-High School Diploma
-One year of experience in a similar role

Seeking 1-2 candidates to work for our logistics client who distributes moulding and millwork products. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or until finished). This position is temp with the possibility of hire after 90 days.
– Operates a handheld RF scanner to pick material from dedicated locations in the warehouse.
– Efficiently picks customer orders for shipment ensuring that the order is complete, accurate, and free of damage.
– Appropriately lifts and stacks material on carts to ensure material may be properly banded/wrapped.
– Package units when pulling is completed
– Prints and places shipping labels on materials.
– Assists with physical inventories as required.
– Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
– Complies with company standard operating procedures, safety policies, and OSHA standards.
– Attends safety meetings as required.
– Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Our client in Cocoa Beach is in need of a multi-tasker that can perform many duties on 2nd shift, weekends included, with 2 days off during the week (to be determined). They would be following up on work orders which involve a lot of light repair work, deal with water leaks, power outages, and fire alarms. They might also be called in to assist other departments, such as Bellman and Housekeeping. On the custodian side, they will be emptying trash and keeping the parking lot free of debris. There may be a rare occasion that they would help out with a security shift that works 11PM to 7AM. This person needs to be computer literate in order to enter data into the system regarding workflow.

-Partner with the Sales team to develop customer presentations, mass mailings, and other customer or dealer related projects.
-Consistently deliver high quality work within established time frames.
-Actively participate in staff meetings and one-on-one meetings.
