Outside Sales Representative

Manufacturing client seeking an Outside Sales Representative (technical).

Experience Required:
-5+ years of experience selling capital equipment or integrated service solutions in one or more of the following verticals: Material Handling, Distribution, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, Conveyors
-B2B, Channel, and Dealer sales experience
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
-Experience in steel fabrication (preferred)

Responsibilities & Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
•Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and
prospective customers and sales partners
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers and sales partners to meet end user’s needs
•Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
•Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales partners and businesses.
•Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential sales partners (dealers and resellers).
•Build relationships with new dealers and prospective dealers while strengthening existing dealers.
•Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as reports, work plans, and monthly and quarterly territory analyses.
•Provide effective sales presentations, basic product consultation, and technical guidance to dealers, building owners, end-users, general contractors, and architects.
•Oversee job details throughout the sales process, including managing contract documents and submittals.
•Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
•Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
•Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Travel: Approximately 25% travel within an assigned territory expected after on-boarding training.

Sourcing/Materials Associate

Our client who is a wholesale, full-service provider of picture framing products, services and printing is seeking a Sourcing/Materials associate to join their team. The position demands a highly motivated energetic person who is a team player as they will work with all office staff.

The ideal candidate will have a great retention level along with computer skills. The candidate will speak with vendors daily, learn to order material, scheduling, and miscellaneous tasks.

The starting pay rate is $11 an hour; 40 hours a week.

– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Experience using Microsoft Office
– Customer service experience

Manager of Forecast and Cash Management

Prepare and manage financial forecasts; prepare and manage cash flow projections; coordinate the production and sales schedule; manage daily cash management and treasury functions; perform financial review and analysis of new business opportunities.

• Position requires knowledge of extremely confidential data, and employee must
utilize judgement and discretion in communicating such data

• Prepare and update spreadsheet model used for financial forecasting

• Collect and analyze financial data used for financial forecast

• Review financial forecast with Management and certain outside parties

• Prepare and update weekly cash flow forecast model

• Coordinate production and sales schedule

• Monitor production and sales schedule with operating department personnel

• Prepare daily cash summary report

• Monitor daily and weekly cash disbursements

• Communicate with cash management bank and lenders as to treasury function

• Prepare documents used for revolving line of credit transactions

• Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly budget to actual reports to management and
department heads.

• Research on variances and work with controller and cost accounting to discuss the
findings and work with appropriate parties to minimize issues in order to provide
accurate financial reporting.

• Other related functions as required
