Preventative Maintenance Worker

Manufacturing company located in Melbourne seeking an individual from a maintenance background to  keep the line moving and serviced. Pay starts at $15 an hour and DOE.

Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift, lift, bend, stoop, reach, etc. This is a hot environment.

Assembly- Cocoa

Entry level assembly for beverage company in Titusville.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Temp to perm after 90 days.

Must be able to stand the duration of the shift, have transportation to/from, must be 18 years of age, and willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening.

Utility Operator III -West Melbourne

First shift.

The Utility Operator III performs full assembly and testing of electromechanical product, using both electronics assembly and mechanical assembly skills in order to run all stages of a process line, including operating of machinery and manual assembly. This position is for second shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs all processes in an electronics production cell that includes manual assembly and operating automated equipment.
• Assemble parts or units, position, align and fasten units to subassemblies or fixtures
• Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks
• Accurately read and follow work instructions
• Work with PC to perform tests and make inventory transactions
• Run automated tests on electronic subassemblies and units
• Responsible for meeting production goals and running the production cell efficiently.
• Treats safety as a priority and adheres to all health and safety protocols.
• Communicates defects, issues and concerns with management; seeks guidance/ instruction as needed; assists in Root-Cause analysis.
• Performs assigned jobs efficiently, with minimal errors and high-quality workmanship.
• Perform duties with little or no supervision; other duties as assigned to support Operational needs.


Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience working in Electronics or Electro-mechanical fabrication, assembly, and /or test environment
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001. Soldering certification preferred
• Experience with resistance welding preferred
• Able to load/unload parts onto automated equipment and fixturing
• Experience working with adhesives
• Able to perform quality tests using automated equipment
• Able to perform manual measurements for quality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience working in an ISO9001 regulated environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to perform accurate, repetitive, and steady work with minimal errors
• Able to work overtime as required to support Manufacturing Operations

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Trade school or Vocational training preferred)
• Experience: Previous Assembler experience of 5 or more years

Assembly Tech- Titusville

$11.50 per hour temp to perm (raise upon conversion)
Assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies; willing to train. 
Must be able to read schematics or follow a print drawing.
LOTS of dexterity in their hands.
Will train to solder, and possibly get certified once permanent.  
This is an AC environment, sit down position
Mon-Thu 7am-430pm / Fri 7am-330pm (every other Friday off).
Once fully trained OT will be available on weekends. 

CNC Operator- Rockledge

Day shift (6:30 am-3:00pm)
Night shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)
Overnight shift (10:30pm-7:00am)

Shifts available may vary based on production needs.

Responsible for the set up and operation of our onsite CNC machines for a manufacturer of non-skid, closed cell foam flooring product which offers a safe and comfortable alternative to carpeting, molded in non-skid, paint-on textures and other marine traction products currently available.

Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Selects, installs, and calibrates various tooling bits to set up machine.
  • Verifies that the correct bill of material (BOM) information in color offload matches the material on the table.
  • Monitors the table as the CNC machine cuts to ensure that errors do not occur.
  • Visually inspects products and indicates bad parts for further quality investigation.
  • Regularly communicates with the CNC Lead regarding errors, bad parts and table issues.
