Accounts Receivable Clerk

Summary/Objective
The position performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures.  The position requires excellent communication skills.  Attention to detail and mathematical accuracy is an integral component of this job as is the ability to resolve outstanding issues.  Additional responsibilities include daily invoicing, bank deposits, transaction processing, account monitoring and review. 

Essential Functions
Dealer and/or Retail Division:
1.   Processes and records daily invoicing for Dealer Division to balance to A/R Control
2.   Audits, records and balances daily sales/cash receipts to various reports for Retail Division
3.   Processes EDI file transfer guarantying accuracy of record prior to transfer
4.   Researches and processes credits to customer’s accounts
5.   Responds to and resolves customer issues pertaining to invoices/account
6.   Processes and records co-op advertising credits ensuring adherence to Richard’s policy
7.   Account monitoring and review
8.   Processes and posts credit card payments and credits
9.   Prepares daily manual deposits and records to customer accounts
10. Prepares and balances monthly checkbook
11. Assists customer service department during busy times and when short handed.
12. Assists with related special projects, as required
13. Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management
14. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency

In addition, the accounts receivable/customer service representative will process month end statements for both the Dealer and Retail divisions.  This process will include compiling statistics and preparing various month end reports for management.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.  Overtime is not anticipated and must be approved by immediate supervisor.  The employee
is allowed a full hour lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., occasional flexibility can be arranged through
supervisor. $16.50 per hour.

Counter Sales Associate & Delivery Person

Summary:
Support the sales efforts of client company by engaging in selling paint, sundries, equipment and related lines of merchandise by performing the following duties:

Essential duties and responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Assists with sales of paint and decorating products to retail and wholesale customers
• Assist customers with color selection, tint and mix paint, and work with a color matching computer. Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.
• Assist customers by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Must interact with customers in a friendly a helpful way, both in person and over the phone
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and stocking of paint deliveries.
• Restock shelves of paint and sundry supplies.

Filling Line Operator- Rockledge

Assists paint production and filling process by performing the following duties for a company located in Rockledge:   
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare filling station for pouring specific product.
  • Insures that fill levels are correct by weight and product is being filled in the correct buckets or cans. 
  • Cleans machinery and tanks with water or solvent (depending on the product).  
  • Limits quantity of water and solvent used to clean up. 
  • Apply labels to assortment of packaging containers. 
  • Loads or unloads cans from conveyor filling line. 
  • Palletizing canned product by stacking.                              
  • Transports raw materials and finished products to work or storage areas via forklift. (QUALIFIED AND TRAINED PERSONNEL ONLY)

Linen Worker

Soiled Side:
Sorts/Shakes and prepares laundry for processing and distributes laundry as directed, performing any combination of duties such as; opens bundles of soiled laundry, places bundles onto conveyor belt or drops down chute for distribution to marking and classification sections.
Fastens identification pins or clips onto laundry to facilitate subsequent assembly of customers’ orders.
Sorts net bags containing clean wash instructions according to customers’ identification tags.
Operates power switch to load and unload linen dumping transport machine, when necessary.
Operates power hoist to load and unload washing machines and extractors, when necessary.
Ability to adhere to all safety practices. Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times.
Ability to stand more than 8 hours per day and remain swift for extended period of time.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Receives linens and operates linen feeder by feeding linens into sheet or towel iron folders and table linen ironer machines.
Sort and maintain a constant flow of linens for the laundry facility to feed and process in a timely manner.
Prepares laundry for processing and distributes laundry, performing any combination of following duties: keep orders separate when feeding linens.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Soil is $12.00 they start at 4 am. They work anywhere from 8-10 hours.
Clean Side:
Job Description
Employee will remove clean laundry items from bins and feed them into machines for drying/folding at company standard rates per hour. Employees will inspect each item for compliance with linen quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Be on-time and prepared for each shift
Move cart of clean linen to work area
Feed sheets, blankets, towels and/or other items into machine
Keep work area clean at all times
Other duties as assigned by management
Clean side is $11.00 they start at 5 am they also work from 8-10 hours.
