Part Time Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Location: Cocoa, FL
Rate: $15 – $16 per hour
Length: 90 Temp-To-Perm position
Shift: First Shift (flexible)
Our client is locally owned and operated and is looking to add an integrity-oriented sales person to its already diverse staff. They are beverage distributors looking for someone with charisma and personality to help showcase their expanse of products. Since establishing is Cocoa in the 1980’s they have paved the way for some of the most successful beverage options in today’s markets. For over 30 years they have strived to be creative and generate fun and excitement for their customers and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Present, offer and sell company products to new and existing customers.
- Set follow-up calls with clients regarding quotes and in-house orders, to advise of latest or current developments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Including but not limited to: Data entry on custom software, quoting, and sample request processing.
- Order processing, order fulfillment, freight quotes and tracking
- Identify problems, recommend, and implement solutions when applicable.
- Prospect and Contact potential and existing customers. Maintain computerized records of all communication and transactions.
- Communicate with internal Sales Team to brainstorm Marketing strategies. Social Media, E-Marketing, AdWords campaign management preferred.
- Willing to work Trade Shows – possibly travel
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Lift/carry 50 lbs
- Extended periods of standing and moving
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or other related fields
- Strong Communication skills via telephone and email and can easily build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Must have Organizational, Computer, and Problem Solving skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to meet deadlines and sales goals
- Hospitality Industry Knowledge a plus
