Manufacturing client located in Melbourne is looking to fill an opening for a Parts/Fulfillment-Storeroom position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
Track all orders via delivery software
Note inventory levels and alert supervisors/procurement to potential issues
Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED certificate
Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred and inside sales
The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer proficiency
Attention to detail
