Hours will be day shift if no one is scheduled off.  As a floater this person will need to be able to cover night shift if someone is going to be out.

Day: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm (30 min lunch) / Fri 8am-3pm (1 hr lunch)

Night: Mon-Thu 4pm start time (8 hr shift) / Fri 1pm start time

The have powder room where they measure powdered aloe, also have a liquid room.

Could also be restacking pallets with 5 gallon sealed buckets that weigh 45 lbs.

MIG Welder

Our client is in need of an experienced MIG welder.
This position is inside of a manufacturing environment.
You must have a resume with experience listed in order to be considered.
This will be a long term contract position.
Our client will conduct a pre-hire welding test if you are selected for an interview.
You will need to bring your own mask/gloves/shoes as none will be provided for testing during interview.


The Assembler III completes PCBA’s using soldering equipment and hand tools to install components, shields, and through-hole parts.  In addition, supports builds of electro-mechanical assemblies using hand tools, cable stripping/crimping equipment, and manual/automated test equipment.  This position is for second shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs SMD soldering and repair.
  • Performs all processes in an electronics production cell that includes manual assembly and operating automated equipment.
  • Assemble parts or units, position, align and fasten units to subassemblies or fixtures
  • Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks
  • Accurately read and follow work instructions
  • Work with PC to perform tests and make inventory transactions
  • Run automated tests on electronic subassemblies and units
  • Responsible for meeting production goals and running the production cell efficiently.
  • Treats safety as a priority and adheres to all health and safety protocols.
  • Communicates defects, issues and concerns with management; seeks guidance/ instruction as needed; assists in Root-Cause analysis.
  • Performs assigned jobs efficiently, with minimal errors and high-quality workmanship.
  • Perform duties with little or no supervision; other duties as assigned to support Operational needs.
  • Performs daily 5S of work area and processes.
  • Perform all duties assigned by Supervisor; OT and weekend work as necessary to support Manufacturing Operations.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience working in Electronics or Electro-mechanical fabrication, assembly, and /or test environment. Prior experience with RF communication equipment is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001. Soldering certification preferred
  • Able to perform quality tests using automated equipment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Electronic Service Tech II- Melbourne

The Electronic Service Technician II is responsible for troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis with land mobile radio systems. The technician is responsible to work with portable, mobile, and occasionally base station radios. The Electronics Service Technician II should have solid knowledge of electronics theory, advanced operations of radio equipment, functions of test and diagnostic equipment (Analyzers, power meters, and other specialized equipment) as well as capable to work with computer software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Test/troubleshoot to component level complex circuit card assemblies’ modules and assembled units
  • Use general purpose and complex or specialized test equipment to perform complex testing of components and assemblies
  • Assemble data and assist in the upkeep of documentation
  • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain specialized electronic test fixtures
  • Deal with more complex problems of test/troubleshooting
  • Assist engineering personnel in setting up test configurations for new designs
  • Develop theoretical working knowledge of complex digital or RF/Analog circuits
  • Understand the proper use of specialized test equipment
