Accounting Assistant

Location: Titusville, FL
Rate: $17-$20 hourly
Length: Temp To Perm Position 90 Days

Our client is locally owned and operated and is looking to add an experienced assistant to its Accounting department.  They are manufacturers of cables and wiring harnesses used throughout the world.  If you are looking for a position that offers positive energy and an overall great place to work, this if your place!!  They are able to offer a 9-80 schedule, which means a 3-day weekend every other week!!  Are you the missing shooting star that they have been looking for?

Duties and Responsibilities

• AP / AR entries
• Processing of payments and invoices
• Payroll calculations and entries
• Update asset database
• Monthly and year end reports
• Process and mail invoices

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong MS Office suite
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to work in stressful environments and meet deadlines
• AS degree in accounting preferred, not required
• 2-3 years experience as an assistant
• Lift/carry 50 lbs
• Stairs

Warehouse Production

Location: Titusville, FL
Rate: $14.00 per hour
Length: 90 Temp-To-Perm position
Shift: First shift (9/80 schedule)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read schematics and Drawings
• Using schematics, assemble item as instructed
• Use of basic hand tools, crimpers, magnifying glass to help assemble

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Lift/carry 50 lbs
• Extended periods of standing and moving
• Be able to obtain clearance badges on military contracts – clean backgrounds preferred
• Must have good dexterity in hands, this is an assembly position.
• Climate controlled environment
