Production Worker

Location: Cocoa, FL
Rate: $13 hourly
Hours: 7:30AM – 4:00PM Mon-Fri
Length: Temp To Perm Position 90 Days

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to help support our local installation team. The ideal candidate would have some power / hand tool experience, and worked in a production environment before. Attendance is crucial as this would be a team that would travel together (during normal business hours) to help with installing our nets.  If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for the position of Production Worker.  Join our team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Duties:

• Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package and label finished products for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Production Line Filler

Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Location: Rockledge, FL
Rate: $15.00 / hour
Length: 90 Temp-To-Perm position

Our client is locally owned and operated and is looking to add an integrity-oriented team member to its already diverse staff.  They are manufacturers of paints, and been a staple in our community for over 65 years.  If you are looking for a position that offers positive energy and an overall great place to work, this if your place!!  Are you the missing shooting star that they have been looking for?

This position is a very detailed warehouse position that reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.  This candidate will be working in the warehouse on the line, working to fill paint buckets and orders.   Immediate entry Level positions with our client. Prior experience in warehouse work not necessary but helpful. Must have transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks or containers
• Operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move and stack items
• Stock shelves and ensure products are organized and easily accessible
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of products
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs entire shift
