This long-established material handling equipment manufacturer and service provider is seeking an experienced electrical assembly worker. Candidate will be assembling electrical control panels in the panel shop. Experience/Understanding of electrical wiring, VFDs, switched, interlocks, etc.

Candidates must have experience with Electrical Wiring not COMPUTER/CIRCUIT boards.

Pay is $12 to $15 an hour DOE.

Manufacturing client located in Melbourne seeking a Facility/Equipment Maintenance Tech.

MIG Welders

Our client is in need of an experienced MIG welder.
This position is inside of a manufacturing environment.

This will be a long term contract position.
Our client will conduct a pre-hire welding test if you are selected for an interview. The starting rate ranges between $15-18 an hour. You will need to bring your own mask/gloves/shoes as no PPE will be provided for testing during interview.

RF Electronics Technician II

Full Job Description

This temporary position lasting 60 to 90 days is being recruited by a Staffing Agency for their client in Melbourne.

Position Summary:
The Electronic Service Technician II is responsible for troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis with land mobile radio systems. The technician is responsible to work with portable, mobile, and occasionally base station radios. The Electronics Service Technician II should have solid knowledge of electronics theory, advanced operations of radio equipment, functions of test and diagnostic equipment (Analyzers, power meters, and other specialized equipment) as well as capable to work with computer software.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Test/troubleshoot to component level complex circuit card assemblies’ modules and assembled units

· Use general purpose and complex or specialized test equipment to perform complex testing of components and assemblies

· Assemble data and assist in the upkeep of documentation

· Troubleshoot, repair and maintain specialized electronic test fixtures

· Deal with more complex problems of test/troubleshooting

· Assist engineering personnel in setting up test configurations for new designs

· Develop theoretical working knowledge of complex digital or RF/Analog circuits

· Understand the proper use of specialized test equipment

· Review project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment and the nature of technical problems and possible solutions including part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies

· Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate design proposals for improving equipment performance or other factors, or to obtain data for development, standardization and quality control

· Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data and make recommendations for changes in product or test method

· Ability to troubleshoot and fault isolate complex CCAs down to the component level with some guidance

· Ability to understand and operate spectrum analyzers and power meters

· The RF Electronics Technician must have the ability to work in a production environment and follow standard manufacturing processes to include ESD requirements

Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician

This long-established material handling equipment manufacturer and service provider is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Specialist & Service personnel with strong electrical, mechanical, controls & repair skills and experience to commission and service a range of products used for vertical material lifting.

We have an opportunity for a career oriented and technically skilled individual with a solid hands-on background in the Industrial Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance fields. While prior vertical material lifting equipment repair experience is not a requirement, acquired experience in the installation, service, inspection, repair and maintenance of vertical material lifting equipment is valued and would beneficial.

This work may involve working at Customers’ various job sites around the U.S. and possibly outside the country, troubleshooting, repairing and inspecting vertical material lifts. This position requires an individual who is responsible, self-initiative, creative, a clear communicator, friendly by nature and able to positively represent one of the most successful organizations in the industry.

Responsibilities Include:
– Traveling to customer sites, with some overnight travel, performing installation, troubleshooting and/or repair of equipment.
– Providing hands-on technical assistance and customer support
– Daily reporting to manager to update status and issues.
– Provide technical support to customers over the phone
Skill/Technical Requirements:
– A.A.S. Technology degree or equivalent experience
– This company values veterans. Especially interested in honorably discharged vets who attained the rank of E-5 through E-7 and held ratings of:
o Construction Mechanic, or equivalent;
o Construction Electrician, or equivalent;
o Electricians Mate, or equivalent;
