Position Summary:
Purchase materials, supplies, and services at the most favorable terms for the organization. Qualifies vendors, evaluates bids, and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. Tracks purchases, monitors vendor quality, and maintains a current database of vendor information.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Requires use of MRP and Purchase Suggestions, leading to identifying approved manufacturers, submitting RFQ and generating a purchase order.
  • Communicate and follow-up with suppliers to assure purchasing requirements are met.
  • Interface with other engineering, quality, operations, and other departments in support of procurement and qualification processes.
  • Weekly review of delinquent supplier deliveries and necessary expediting to assure limited impact to production.
  • Update of supplier documentation as required.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to develop an optimal supplier base.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and material specifications.
  • Ability to interface with all internal departments to solve issues and enhance productivity.
  • Other purchasing clerical responsibilities and performance duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Proficient with an ERP Purchasing Module, Epicor preferred.
  • Proficient with the internet.

CNC Machinist

Titusville manufacturing client seeking CNC machinist to operate CNC machinery to manufacture metallic and non-metallic parts.



  • Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Reads and interprets blueprints
  • Properly and safely loads and unloads raw materials
  • Proficient in use of measuring instruments
  • Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
  • Ability to power on and operate CNC lathes and mills with minimal assistance. Must be self-sufficient.
  • Must be familiar with MAZAK controls, Mori Controls and Haas controls
  • Must demonstrate a basic understanding of cutting tools
  • Properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
  • Understands and has the ability to perform basic tool wear offsets
  • Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery

Director- Aftermarket Sales and Service

A Central Florida manufacturer is searching for a visionary leader to manage and grow its Aftermarket Business Unit. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for developing the Aftermarket business to its full potential. This position will be highly visible and have the full support and commitment to develop the business. The Sr. Director of Aftermarket Parts & Service Sales will report to the CEO and work closely with the VP of Global Sales & Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement Aftermarket sales/service strategies to proactively engage customers with products and services that bring total cost of ownership value to customers and to generate new business revenue.

Proactive pursuit of Preventative Maintenance contracts or system enhancements, accessibility and availability of key parts, monitoring and system control technologies and other value-added service concepts for customer solutions.

Develop business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and metrics to manage the Aftermarket business unit to achieve desired results.

Communicate with cross-functional teams and department managers to resolve issues, provide status, and achieve objectives.

Manage and build relationships with key customers, maintenance companies, authorized service partners and associated channels to promote company brand and identify Aftermarket sales/service opportunities for generating new business.

Experience in prospecting new customers via online leads, target searches, mass marketing, and other means.

Develop and lead customer surveys and after-action reviews related to customer satisfaction of spare parts, service, and installation performance.

Oversee the creation of presentations, quotations, service level agreements, spare parts kits, and training materials for the Aftermarket group.

Direct the Aftermarket group to ensure effective service, timely quotations (RFP’s), and sales execution through the implementation of processes, procedures, and world-class best practices.


4-year college degree from an accredited institution.

10+ years’ experience in management of Aftermarket Sales/Service within an equipment manufacturing environment (Material Handling industry a plus).

Proven track record of identifying and pursuing profitable Aftermarket sales activities.

Demonstrated proficiency in building effective outbound sales and marketing strategies.

Ability to drive change and establish operational structure.

Results-oriented and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; must have a strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality.

Exceptional leadership, business acumen, communication, and presentation skills with a take-charge personality and ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards end results.

Prior experience working with/or involvement with acquisitions is a plus.

Production Worker- Melbourne

The task is packing, bottling, etc. skin care products. Since you will be working with skin care productions, workers cannot have make-up, acrylic nails, jewelry of any kind, hair extensions, false eyelashes, or anything similar on the job.

You must have a vehicle and a valid Driver License, and be able to pass substance screening and a background check. Schedule is M-F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Manufacturing client seeking a Plasma Table Cutter, usually have a welding background. Not required. Pay range between $14-16 an hour.

Must be comfortable lifting, bending, stretching, or performing miscellaneous body movements during the duration of the shift.

This long-established material handling equipment manufacturer and service provider is seeking an experienced electrical assembly worker. Candidate will be assembling electrical control panels in the panel shop. Experience/Understanding of electrical wiring, VFDs, switched, interlocks, etc.

Candidates must have experience with Electrical Wiring not COMPUTER/CIRCUIT boards.

Pay is $12 to $15 an hour DOE.

-Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
-Must be able to stand, climb, stoop, crawl and bend for extended periods of time.
