0Medical Office Call Center Customer Service
Location: Melbourne
Rate: $14 per hour to start
Length: Temp-Hire 90 days
Shift: 10:30AM – 7:00PM, Mon-Fri
Our client is looking to add a Call Center Customer Service Representative to their already diverse back-office staff. This is a general practitioners office with several doctors in the practice. The ideal candidate will have the desire to offer top quality customer service answering large volume inbound calls. The selected individual will be responsible for speaking with patients, will be detail oriented and autonomous in nature.
Expectations:
- Answering high volume inbound patient calls
- Maintaining and posting accurate medical records and notes
- Customer service with patients
- Identify patients inquiries and assist in finding resolution
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Maintains confidentiality
- High school diploma
- Medical terminology knowledge a plus
- Accurate data entry, KPH 8,000+ or typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Strong customer service
- Proficient in all aspects of computers to include Microsoft office suite
