Shift: First Shift, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Mon–Fri
Our locally owned and operated client is seeking PCB solderers that have mechanical knowledge, previous soldering experience, attention to detail, ability to work in fast paced environment to meet deadlines, and the ability to work with a variety of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities
⦁ Fabricate and assemble components using SMT techniques
⦁ Read schematics and PCB designs
⦁ Ensure the soldering process meets IPC610 standards
⦁ Utilize machining skills to precision-cut and shape materials
⦁ Collaborate with team members to ensure assembled products function properly
⦁ Troubleshoot and repair defective components
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
⦁ Must be able to stand or sit for an 8-hour period
⦁ Climate-controlled environment

Location: Multiple Locations – Rockledge, Cocoa, and Melbourne
Rate: $14–$19, Depending on Client
Shift: First Shift, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (Depending on Client)
⦁ Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly
⦁ Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods and work with your hands
⦁ Ability to follow directions and communicate in the English language
⦁ Some production experience preferred
⦁ Pulling orders and getting products ready for shipping
