Rate: $16-$17 Depending on experience
Length: 90 day Temp-To-Perm
Shift: First shift 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
Our locally owned and operated client is seeking PCB solderers that have mechanical knowledge, previous soldering experience, attention to detail, ability to work in fast paced environment to meet deadlines, and the ability to work with a variety of materials.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble components using SMT techniques
- Read schematics and PCB designs
- Ensure soldering process meets IPC610 standards
- Utilize machining skills to precision-cut and shape materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure assembled products

- Troubleshoot and repair defective components
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand or sit for 8 hour period
- Climate controlled environment
